Cleveland and Northeast Ohio
Software audits and launch-readiness reviews for Cleveland and Northeast Ohio teams
We help startups and small software teams in Northeast Ohio get a product ready to launch. We audit it, test it for every user role, and fix what we find in reviewed pull requests.
Who this is for
Founders and engineering leads at Northeast Ohio startups and small software teams who are preparing to launch or scale a product and want an outside check first.
What we do
Three kinds of engagement, each scoped in writing:
- Calendar and scheduling audit: availability, booking, time zones, calendar sync and tests, reviewed end to end, then fixed with tests.
- Launch-readiness review: every user role tested on desktop and mobile in staging, each defect filed with steps and severity, then fixed and retested.
- AI data and output review: AI-produced records and drafted messages reviewed, errors and patterns reported, then prompts, validation and pipelines improved.
How a first project works
- Scope. We agree in writing what gets reviewed, in which staging environment, and how findings are rated.
- Review. We test and read the code, and file each finding as a ticket in your tracker.
- Fix. We fix the findings you assign to us, each as a pull request your team reviews.
- Retest. Every fix is retested, and you get a written progress note each week.
Where we work
- Wagenberg Technology Group LLC is an Ohio limited liability company, founded in 2026, serving Northeast Ohio.
- Thomas Wagenberg, the founder, scopes and leads every engagement and signs off every finding. Testing and fixes use AI-assisted engineering under his direction, and every change reaches you as a pull request your team reviews.
- Meetings are held by video.
- We work remotely with teams across the United States.
What we do not do
So the scope is clear from the start:
- Work in production without access granted in writing.
- Promise that software is free of defects. Testing covers the agreed scope.
- IT support, hosting or marketing. We focus on auditing, testing and fixing software.
Proof
See A launch-readiness review: sample findings and retests and Human-reviewed document extraction: a working demonstration with its failures, demonstrations built with invented data. Each service page sets out what that engagement delivers and what it does not include.

Questions about a first project
What does a first project include?
A written scope, a review in your staging environment, each finding filed as a ticket in your tracker, fixes as reviewed pull requests for the findings you assign, retests, and a weekly written progress note. The size of a first project and its exact terms are set in the signed agreement.
Who owns the code?
Code written specifically for you becomes yours once it is fully paid for, subject to the signed agreement. Our preexisting tools and code, and third-party materials, are not transferred.
What happens after launch?
The aim is code and tests your team can maintain without us. There is no automatic fix period; support after launch is available only under an agreed contract.
Tell us what you’re launching
Describe the product and what worries you about it. Thomas will reply by email.
In your request, say what you're launching, who uses it, and where you suspect problems.
